Who we are
Callsistance is operated by RFJ Partners LLC, Keller, Texas. You can reach us at info@callsistance.com or 817-900-9195.
Information we collect
From visitors to this website. If you fill in our contact form we collect the name, email address, and any phone number, company name and message you provide. Our hosting and analytics providers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
From dealership clients. When a dealership engages us, we receive recordings of customer telephone calls that the dealership captures through its own phone system, together with the rep and store information needed to attribute each call. Those recordings may contain whatever the caller chose to say, including their name and contact details.
How we use it
We use website enquiry information only to reply to you and to discuss whether our service fits your business. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
We use client call recordings solely to produce the evaluations, coaching materials and reports that the dealership has engaged us to produce, and to improve the accuracy of the standard we grade against for that dealership. We do not use one client’s calls to serve another client.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to transcribe audio, analyse text, store files, host our software and send email. Each is bound to use the information only to provide that service to us. We will name our current providers to any client on request. We do not otherwise share client call content, and we do not sell personal information.
Recording and consent
The dealership, not Callsistance, records the calls and is responsible for meeting the call-recording and notification laws that apply to it and to the people it speaks with. We process what our client provides to us under our agreement with them.
How long we keep it
We keep client call recordings, transcripts and reports for as long as we provide the service to that client, and delete or return them within a reasonable period after the engagement ends, unless the client asks us to keep them longer or the law requires it. Website enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up.
Your choices
If you would like to know what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email info@callsistance.com. If you reached us because you called one of our client dealerships, please contact that dealership as well, since the recording is theirs.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted storage and transmission for client audio and reports. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
